- Priority service. - Customers with maintenance contracts get priority service
- $50 per year of maintenance credit goes towards a system replacement of either an air condition system or a new generator up to $500 total.
- No after hours, weekend, holiday call out fee increases for annual maintenance customers
- 20% off service call out fee for annual maintenance customers
- All current maintenance agreement customers are already included
- If generator is equipped with remote monitoring we will monitor it free of charge for you

Annual Air Conditioning Maintenance includes:
- Two visits per year
- Wash condenser (outside unit)
- Monitor and test all electrical components
- Clean & Flush drain lines
- Add drain line treatment tabs
- Inspect system for excessive dust build up
- Test both heating and cooling functions
New Generator 25 Hour Break-in Maintenance includes:
- Change the oil and oil filter
- Function test
Annual Generator Maintenance includes:
- Cleaning Inside and Outside The Unit
- Check / Adjust Fuel Pressure
- Change Engine Oil
- Replace Spark Plugs and Air Filter if needed
- Inspect Hose Clamps, Fuel Supply Connections, & Exhaust Manifold Bolts
- Inspect for Leaks in Engine Oil System
- Check / Adjust Generator Output Voltage, & Frequency
- Check Valves
- Inspect Fuel System (Adjust as Needed)
- Check Battery (Terminations, Connections, Water Level) and battery charger
- Check All Connections – Electrical and Mechanical
- Inspect Enclosure, Ensure All Openings Are Unobstructed
- Update software
- Simulate a temporary power loss and observe proper orientation (generator start, power transfer, and shut down)
- Check & Adjust Engine Exerciser Circuits
